William Clayton has worked in the Civil Engineering field for the past 20 years. He has experience with site layout and design, storm drainage and detention, erosion control, site grading, Construction Materials Testing & Special Inspections, utility design, and Construction Administration. Will is also familiar with guidelines of many regulatory agencies and has worked with a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Randall D. Williams
Construction Administration
Randall has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Randall’s has extensive experience in many aspects of private sector, commercial and NCDOT construction including but not limited to Site Layout, Site Grading, Erosion Control, Storm Water Management, Utilities, Site Concrete and Asphalt Paving. He has worked as Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator and General Manager. Randall is a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor with Building, Highway and Public Utility Classifications.
